# Techpool

> Techpool is an AI-native field operations management platform for field
> operations and manufacturing companies. It covers the whole job lifecycle in
> one system —
> scheduling, time reporting, expenses, field work capture, reporting and invoicing —
> so a service visit becomes a structured, searchable record instead of paperwork
> filled in afterwards from memory.

Techpool is built by Techpool Inc. The product is used by field operations and
manufacturing operations: industrial service, instrument calibration, food-safety
service, cleaning and housekeeping, plumbing and general trades. It is available
on the web, iOS and Android.

## What makes it different

- **Capture at the source.** Technicians capture the job on site with photos, voice
  notes and measurements. The platform turns that capture into a structured Field
  Work Report automatically, rather than asking someone to type it up later.
- **One lifecycle, one system.** Scheduling → time reporting → expenses → field work →
  reporting → invoicing all live in the same platform, so the data entered once flows
  through to the invoice.
- **Modular rollout, not a migration.** Teams start with one module and add the rest.
  There is no big-bang ERP cutover.
- **Choice of AI model.** The optional AI Engine runs on Claude or OpenAI, selectable
  per workspace.
